"Unable to activate offer due to service conflict"

Problem: One or more services are already in another active discount.

Solutions:

1. Option A: Deactivate the conflicting discount first

2. Option B: Remove the conflicting services from this discount

3. Option C: Remove the conflicting services from the other discount

Discount not appearing at checkout

Possible Causes:

1. Discount is not active

2. None of the selected services are in the booking

3. Business staff member lacks permission to view discounts

Solutions:

1. Verify the discount status is "Active"

2. Ensure the booking includes eligible services

3. Check staff permissions in Settings > Staff

Can't create discount with 100% or more

System Limitation: Discounts should be between 1-99%.

Solution: Enter a valid percentage between 1-99.
