Viewing Reports
Viewing Reports allows management to access and review key performance data at a glance. This feature provides an intuitive way to analyze metrics such as daily sales, client demographics, booking trends, and staff performance—all in one place, helping business owners make informed decisions to enhance business growth.
For example, a salon manager can quickly view reports to see which services are most popular, identify peak booking hours, or assess individual staff productivity. With insights readily available, management can adjust marketing strategies, schedule more efficiently, or introduce new services that align with client demand. By simplifying data access, business owners are empowered to stay on top of trends and continually improve the salon experience for clients.
Branch and Period SelectionThe reports can be filtered by a specific branch or all branches together, you can also select a custom period, or a specific period. the trend lines will be shown under each of the quick access sections comparing the selected period to the previous period
circle-infoif you select a custom period , we will compare it to an equivalent amount of days before, if you select 14 Days , then we will compare it to the past 14 days to the selected period
Reports SplitWe provide reports for about every aspect of your business, covering earning details, timesheets, services and bookings.
The survey reviews will include the collected responses from the link sent in the aftercare messaging.
The GraphsThe graphs give you a visual overviw of how your business is doing, you can view trends and highligh over somepoints to view the datapoint.
The daily data gridThe data grid includes all the data points that we are using to deduce the vlaues above. it is easy to see how your business is doing day to day looking at the daily table
it is also very helpful to cross-check with the actual business outputs to find if any fraud or misalignments are happening

Exporting Reports
Exporting Reports allows management to easily download performance data, making it simple to share insights with team members, accountants, or other stakeholders. This feature is especially valuable for maintaining records, conducting deeper analysis, or presenting data in external meetings.
1. Click on a reportClick on the report to be downloaded.
2. Click onClick on to open the menu.
3. Select "Export to CSV"This downloads the report to the device.
Printing Reports
Printing Reports allows management to create physical copies of key performance data, such as sales summaries, booking trends, and staff productivity metrics. This feature is ideal for business owners who prefer reviewing data in print format, need hard copies for meetings, or want to keep physical records for compliance or bookkeeping purposes.

2. Click onClick on to view the menu.
3. Select "Print"Select "Print" to directly print the report.
Filtering Reports
Filtering Reports allows management to view data within specific timeframes, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or within specific dates. This feature makes it easy to spot trends, compare performance over different periods, and understand seasonal patterns or growth over time.
