Creating Gift Card Options

Step 1: Navigate to Gift Cards

From the main menu, select Gift Cards.

Step 2: Create New Gift Card

1. Click the + Create Gift Card button (in the toolbar on tablet)

2. Fill in the required information:

Gift Card Information

Field | Description | Required

Gift Card Name | A descriptive name (e.g., "AED 100 Gift Card", "Spa Package") | Yes

Gift Card Value | Select a preset amount (AED 100, 200, 500) or enter a custom value | Yes

Expiration | How long the gift card is valid after purchase (1, 3, 6, 12 months, or never expires) | Yes

Step 3: Save

Click Create Gift Card to add this option to your list.
