What are Online Settings?

Online Settings control which features appear on your business's online profile and website. This lets you:

  • Show or hide specific services and information

  • Control what customers see when booking online

  • Manage your online presence

How Online Settings Work

Each setting represents a feature or information type:

  • Enabled: Customers can see and use this feature online

  • Disabled: The feature is hidden from your online profile

Settings Groups

Settings are organized by groups, such as:

  • Services: Control which services appear online

  • Staff: Control staff visibility on the online profile

  • Business Info: Control which business details are shown

  • Reviews: Control review features (if available)

How to Change Online Settings

  1. Open the "Online Settings" or "Online Preferences" screen

  2. Browse through the available settings

  3. Toggle the switch next to each setting:

  • ON (green): Feature is visible online

  • OFF (gray): Feature is hidden

  1. Tap "Save" or the changes are saved automatically

Group Settings

Some settings belong to groups:

  • When you toggle an individual setting, the group status may update

  • When all settings in a group are ON, the group shows as ON

  • When all settings in a group are OFF, the group shows as OFF

  • Mixed states show a partial indicator

Common Online Settings

Service Visibility

  • Show service online: Customers can book this service

  • Show service description: Description appears in online listings

  • Show service price: Price is displayed to customers

Staff Visibility

  • Show staff online: Staff member appears in online booking

  • Show staff photo: Profile photo is visible

  • Show staff bio: Staff bio/description appears

Business Information

  • Show business hours: Hours appear on your online profile

  • Show business address: Address is visible

  • Show contact information: Phone, email are displayed

Impact on Online Booking

When a feature is disabled:

  • Customers won't see it when booking online

  • It won't appear in your online service list

  • Customers can still be booked by staff for disabled features

Tips

  • Hide services you don't offer online (only in-person)

  • Show only staff members who take online bookings

  • Enable reviews to build trust with customers

  • Keep your online settings updated as your business changes

Troubleshooting

Changes not appearing online

  • Make sure you saved the settings

  • Online profiles may take a few minutes to update

  • Clear your browser cache if viewing online
