• Bigger changes, like merging duplicate clients or switching on a workflow that messages customers, go to AI approvals in WAJ and wait until someone confirms. The chat prepares the change; you decide.
• Money never moves: refunds, payouts and transfers are not available to AI apps.

Tips for better answers

• Name the period. "Last week" or "March versus April" beats "recently".
• Name the branch if you run more than one.
