Multi-Location Operations
When you have multiple branches:
Branch Dropdown: At the top of many screens, you can switch between branches
Branch-Specific Data: Schedules, staff, bookings, and reports are filtered by the selected branch
Independent Settings: Each branch can have:
Different opening hours
Different available services
Different contact information
Different WhatsApp configuration
Opening Hours Configuration
Standard Hours (09:00 - 18:00):
Quick preset for most businesses
Applied to all days at once
Can be customized per day
Custom Hours:
Set different hours for different days
Useful for businesses with weekend variations
Example: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-15:00, Sun Closed
Service Categories
Categories group similar services:
Hair: Haircut, Styling, Coloring
Nails: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel
Spa: Massage, Facial, Body Treatment
Each branch can enable or disable entire categories, allowing you to:
Offer fewer services at smaller locations
Test new services at specific branches
Customize offerings based on local demand
