What is the Referral Program?

The referral program rewards both existing customers (referrers) and new customers (referees) when new clients are referred. Each gets a discount on their booking.

Setting Up the Referral Program

1. Navigate to Referral Program

• From Marketing home, select "Referral Program"

1. Enable the Program

• Toggle the switch at the top right to enable/disable

1. Configure Rewards

• Referrer Discount: % discount for the existing customer who refers

• Referrer Cap: Maximum discount amount for referrer

• Referee Discount: % discount for the new customer

• Referee Cap: Maximum discount amount for referee

1. Save Changes

• Click "Save Changes" to update the program

How Referrals Work

1. A customer shares your business with a friend

2. The new customer mentions they were referred

3. Both customers receive discount coupons

4. Coupons are automatically applied to their bookings

Best Practices

• Set competitive discount rates (typically 10-20%)

• Cap maximum discounts to protect margins

• Promote your referral program to loyal customers

• Track referral effectiveness
