Promotion Codes

What are Promotion Codes?

Promotion codes are special discount offers you create to attract customers and boost bookings. You can:

• Set percentage or fixed amount discounts

• Limit usage to specific services

• Set date ranges and usage limits

• Track how often they're used

Creating a Promotion Code

1. Navigate to Promotion Codes

• From Marketing home, select the relevant option

• Or access from offers/discounts section

1. Fill in Promotion Details

• Title: A descriptive name (e.g., "Summer Sale", "New Customer Discount")

• Promotion Code: Unique code customers enter (e.g., "SUMMER2024", "WELCOME10")

• Click "Generate" for auto-generated codes

• Description: Details about the promotion

1. Configure Discount

• Discount Type: Choose "Percentage" or "Fixed Amount"

• Discount Value: Enter the discount amount

• Percentage: 1-100%

• Fixed Amount: Currency value

1. Set Applicable Services

• Click "Select services" to choose which services this applies to

• Leave empty for all services

1. Set Usage Rules

• Usage Limit: Maximum times the code can be used (leave blank for unlimited)

• Minimum Amount: Minimum purchase required to use the coupon (optional)

1. Set Validity Period

• Valid From: Start date

• Valid To: End date (optional - leave blank for no expiration)

1. Save: Click "Save" to create the promotion code

Managing Promotion Codes

The Promotion Codes screen shows all your codes in three tabs:

• All: All promotion codes (including expired)

• Active: Currently usable codes

• Inactive: Expired or deactivated codes

Each code card displays:

• The promotion code (tap to copy)

• Status badge (Active, Inactive, Expired, Deactivated)

• Title

• Discount amount

• Usage count

Deactivating a Promotion Code

1. Tap on a promotion code card

2. View code details

3. Tap "Deactivate" to stop accepting the code

4. The code moves to "Inactive" tab
