Flow 1: Creating a Summer Promotion

1. Go to Marketing → Promotion Codes

2. Click "Create Promotion Code"

3. Title: "Summer 2024 Sale"

4. Code: "SUMMER24"

5. Description: "Enjoy 20% off all services this summer!"

6. Discount Type: Percentage

7. Discount Value: 20

8. Applicable Services: Leave blank (all services)

9. Usage Limit: Leave blank (unlimited)

10. Minimum Amount: 0

11. Valid From: June 1, 2024

12. Valid To: August 31, 2024

13. Save

14. Share code "SUMMER24" with customers

Flow 2: Setting Up Referral Program

1. Go to Marketing → Referral Program

2. Toggle to Enable

3. Referrer Discount: 15%

4. Referrer Cap: 50

5. Referee Discount: 20%

6. Referee Cap: 50

7. Save Changes

8. Inform customers about the program

Flow 3: Configuring Booking Reminders

1. Go to Marketing → Campaigns

2. Find "Booking Reminder" card

3. Toggle "Local" on (for in-person bookings)

4. Toggle "Online" on (for online bookings)

5. Tap the card to edit the message

6. Customize: "Hi {{customer_name}}, reminder of your appointment on {{date}} at {{time}}"

7. Save

8. Click "Save Changes" banner

9. Reminders will now send automatically

Flow 4: Viewing a Customer's Coupons

1. Start a booking for a customer

2. During payment/coupon step

3. View available coupons

4. Select a coupon to apply

5. Discount is shown in total
