Multi-Branch Staff Management

Assigning Staff to Multiple Branches

If your business has multiple branches, staff can work at multiple locations:

During Staff Creation:

  • Select one or more branches when creating a new staff member

Editing Existing Staff:

  1. Go to staff detail screen

  2. Click Edit

  3. Add or remove branches in the branch selection

  4. Save changes

Filtering by Branch:

  • On the main staff screen, use the branch dropdown

  • View staff assigned to each branch

  • Switch between branch views

Branch-Specific Scheduling

  • Each staff member can have different shifts per branch

  • Shifts are managed independently per branch

  • Staff availability is branch-specific
