Push Notifications (Background Alerts)

• Receive alerts on your device when:

• New bookings are created

• Booking status changes

• Product inventory is low

• Important business updates occur

• Tap notifications to navigate directly to relevant details

• Control which notifications you receive

In-App Notifications (Within App)

• See a bell icon (🔔) in the app header

• Red dot appears when there are unread notifications

• Tap to view full notification history

• Mark notifications as read individually or all at once

• See different notification types:

• 📅 Booking notifications (appointment updates)

• 📦 Product notifications (inventory alerts)

Customer Information

Access customer details across multiple screens:

• Booking Screen: View customer info while creating bookings

• Customer Profile: Complete customer history and details

• Search: Find customers by name, phone, or filters

Customer information displayed includes:

• Name and contact details

• Phone number with country code

• Email address

• Date of birth (with birthday indicator 🎂)

• Allergies and special notes

• Custom fields specific to your business

• Booking history

• Purchase history

• Outstanding balance (if enabled)

Branch Selection

If your business has multiple locations:

• Switch between branches easily

• View data specific to each branch

• Some operations are branch-specific (e.g., inventory, bookings)

• Select "All Branches" to see combined data

Permissions

Based on your role (Owner, Manager, Staff), you may see or not see certain features:

• Owner: Full access to all features and settings

• Manager: Access to most features except critical business settings

• Staff: Limited access based on assigned permissions

Services and products are organized into categories:

Bluetooth Printing

If you use a Bluetooth thermal printer:
