Q: Can I have multiple websites? A: Currently, one website per business.

Q: Can I use my own domain (e.g., www.mysalon.com)? A: Custom domains are not yet supported. We use waj.app subdomains.

Q: Can customers book without creating an account? A: Yes, booking doesn't require customer accounts.

Q: How long do changes take to appear? A: Changes appear immediately after saving.

Q: Can I download my website? A: Websites are hosted by WAJ and cannot be downloaded.

Q: Can I disable online booking? A: Yes, remove the Booking section or disable in settings.

Q: What image formats are supported? A: JPG and PNG formats, up to 5MB each.

Q: Can I translate my website? A: Yes, use Language Settings to configure multiple languages.

Q: How do I delete my website? A: Contact support to permanently delete your website.

Q: Can I duplicate sections? A: Create custom sections of the same type instead.
