Troubleshooting

Calendar Not Loading

Problem: Calendar shows loading spinner or empty

Solutions:

  1. Check internet connection

  2. Refresh page (pull down)

  3. Switch branches and back (resets connection)

  4. Check staff have shifts scheduled for that date

Changes Not Saving

Problem: Changes disappear after save

Solutions:

  1. Check you have permission for the action

  2. Ensure booking isn't already checked out

  3. Wait for "Saved" confirmation before closing

  4. Check internet connection

Real-time Updates Not Working

Problem: Changes from other devices not showing

Solutions:

  1. Pull down to refresh calendar

  2. Wait up to 2 seconds for live sync

  3. Check sync indicator (should show "Synced")

Can't Find Time Slot

Problem: No available slots for booking

Solutions:

  1. Check if staff has shifts scheduled

  2. Look for blocked times

  3. Try different date

  4. Use "Schedule for Me" to find alternatives

  5. Check filter settings (may be hiding available slots)

Drag and Drop Not Working

Problem: Can't move bookings on calendar

Solutions:

  1. Check booking isn't checked out

  2. Ensure you have edit permissions

  3. Long press (1 second) before dragging

  4. Try on desktop if mobile not working

Conflicts Warning

Problem: Can't save due to conflicts

Solutions:

  1. Review conflict details (tap warning icon)

  2. Use "Schedule for Me" button for automatic fix

  3. Manually adjust time or staff

  4. Remove conflicting service if no longer needed

Incorrect Total Price

Problem: Total doesn't match expected price

Solutions:

  1. Check discounts applied

  2. Verify currency is correct

  3. Check membership benefits (free services)

  4. Review product prices added

  5. Check VAT settings (if enabled)
