Report Shows No Data

Possible Causes:

  • No transactions in selected period

  • Branch has no activity

  • Internet connection issue

Solutions:

  1. Try a different date range

  2. Check internet connection

  3. Refresh the report (pull down on mobile)

  4. Verify selected branch has data

Loading Takes Long Time

Possible Causes:

  • Large date range selected

  • Many bookings to retrieve

  • Slow internet connection

Solutions:

  1. Try a shorter date range

  2. Use specific branch instead of "All Branches"

  3. Check internet speed

  4. Close other apps using internet

Export Fails

Possible Causes:

  • Too much data for export

  • Browser/download restriction

  • Network interruption

Solutions:

  1. Try smaller date range

  2. Use specific branch filter

  3. Check device storage space

  4. Try again with stable internet

Numbers Don't Match Expected

  • "All Branches" includes all locations
