The system has different permission levels for users:
Owner
Full access to all features
Can manage business settings
Can add/remove staff
Can manage subscriptions
High
Most business management features
Can view reports
Can manage bookings
Basic/Medium
Limited access to features
Can manage bookings
Can view customer information
Low
View-only access
Limited functionality
Account Types
Business Owner:
Sign up with phone or email
Create business profile
Full control over business
Staff Member:
Added by business owner
Limited permissions based on role
Uses same sign-in process
Account Manager:
Support staff
Can access customer accounts
No OTP required for access
