Corporate wellness packages in the UAE are spa and salon services that a company pays for in bulk, usually as gift cards, on-site wellness days or a monthly perk for its staff. For a spa or salon, one corporate order can mean a large payment upfront, busier weekday daytime slots and dozens of new clients at once. The work is in packaging the offer clearly, invoicing it properly and tracking every redemption.
Most spas in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha get the odd call from a company. Few have a ready answer.
The buyer is rarely the person who ends up on your massage bed. Usually three people touch the order: someone who chooses, someone who pays and the employees who redeem. Your offer has to work for all three.
Corporate buying in the Gulf follows the calendar, and budgets are approved weeks before each date.
The company buys a batch of cards, each for a set service or a fixed amount. Fixed-service cards ("60-minute massage") are easier for HR to explain and protect your margin, because the holder can't stack the value onto your most expensive treatment.
Two or three of your team spend a day at the office. Ask about building access permits, a quiet room, power and parking before you quote. Check that your trade licence and the building's rules allow services off your premises, and confirm with your licensing authority if unsure.
These days rarely make the best margin. Their value is that dozens of employees meet your team in person, and some book a full treatment the following week.
The company pays nothing; every employee gets a standing discount with a company code. It's easy to agree because there is no budget to approve. Keep the discount modest and limit it to weekday daytime if your evenings are already full.
The company pays a monthly fee for a shared pool of treatments, or for named employees. It is the most valuable format and the hardest to sell, so it is usually the second deal after a successful gift card order. The logic matches our guide to the spa membership model in the Gulf.

These prices are examples only, to show the structure. Set yours from your own costs, menu and capacity.
A good menu has an easy entry point (the perk code), a seasonal bestseller (the Eid bundle) and a premium option (the membership). For the underlying numbers, see how to price salon services.
Keep bulk discounts shallow and tiered; a deep cut teaches companies to wait for it. Put validity and restrictions (weekday-only, excluded treatments) on the card and in the agreement, and check local consumer protection rules on expiry.
Paperwork is where small spas lose corporate deals. A finance team will not pay against a WhatsApp screenshot. Expect to provide:
VAT on vouchers can be treated differently depending on whether the card is for a specific service or a general value, so ask your tax agent how it applies in your country.
Here your software matters. WAJ has UAE VAT and Jordan's JoFotara e-invoicing integrated directly, and Saudi ZATCA runs through a certified integration partner, so the corporate invoice comes from the same system as your daily sales.

Subject: Eid gifts for your team, sorted in one invoice
Hi Sara,
I run [Spa name] in Business Bay, ten minutes from your office. We're helping a few companies nearby with Eid gifts: a 60-minute massage or a blow-dry and manicure, as named gift cards on one VAT invoice.
One-page menu attached. I can hold weekday slots for your team and send a monthly redemption report.
Would a quick call on Tuesday work?
Rania
Hi Khalid, I saw your team is growing in KAFD. We run a spa nearby and offer simple packages for companies: gift cards, on-site chair massage days and staff discount codes. Happy to send the one-pager if it helps with National Day or year-end plans.
Search for HR Manager, People and Culture, Office Manager and Executive Assistant titles in business districts near you, such as DIFC, Business Bay or Olaya. More channel ideas are in our post on spa marketing strategies.

Renewal is easier when you can show HR what was used.
In WAJ, gift cards, packages, memberships, the client CRM and WhatsApp messaging sit in one place, so follow-up doesn't depend on someone's memory. If you've connected WAJ to Claude or ChatGPT through the WAJ MCP connector, you can also ask in Arabic or English how this month's sales and new clients compare with last month.
A caution: an employee who redeems a corporate card is your client, but hasn't agreed to marketing. Saudi Arabia's PDPL requires opt-in consent for direct marketing with an easy opt-out, and the UAE has its own PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Ask for consent at the first visit and confirm details with SDAIA guidance or a lawyer.
Spa or salon services a company buys for employees or clients, usually as bulk gift cards, an on-site wellness day, a staff discount code or a corporate membership.
Early enough to make the budget. For Eid, that often means the month before. For UAE National Day (2 December) or Saudi National Day (23 September), start several weeks ahead.
Most spas set a validity period so the liability doesn't sit open forever. Print it clearly and check local consumer protection rules first.
Yes, and corporate buyers expect one. VAT treatment of vouchers depends on the card type, so confirm with your tax agent.
As client acquisition, yes. Price it to cover staff time and travel, then count who books afterwards.
