What are Campaigns?

Campaigns are automated messages sent to customers at key moments - after booking, before appointments, on birthdays, etc. You can customize messages and toggle them on/off.

Campaign Types

Booking Management

These are automatically sent based on booking events:

  1. Booking Confirmation

  • Sent when a customer makes a booking

  • Includes booking details

  • Can be sent via WhatsApp or Email

  1. Booking Reminder

  • Sent before an appointment (typically 24-48 hours before)

  • Reduces no-shows

  1. Booking Cancellation

  • Sent when an appointment is cancelled

  • Can include rescheduling info

  1. Aftercare

  • Sent after appointment completion

  • Great for collecting feedback or encouraging rebooking

  1. Rescheduling

  • Sent when appointment is rescheduled

  • Confirms new details

  1. No Show

  • Sent when customer misses an appointment

  • Can include rebooking offer

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Welcoming New Customers

  • Sent to first-time customers

  • Great opportunity to share promotions

Events

  1. Birthdays

  • Automated birthday greeting

  • Include special birthday offers

  • Uses customer's birth date from profile

  1. Churn Prevention

  • Sent to customers who haven't booked recently

  • Helps re-engage inactive customers

Managing Campaigns

  1. Navigate to Campaigns

  • From Marketing home, select "Campaigns"

  1. View Available Campaigns

  • Campaigns are grouped by category

  • Each card shows status toggles

  1. Toggle Campaigns On/Off

  • Local: In-person bookings

  • Online: Online bookings

  • Email: Email channel

  1. Save Changes

  • When you modify campaign settings, "Unsaved changes" banner appears

  • Click "Save Changes" to apply

  1. Edit Campaign Messages

  • Tap on any campaign card to edit

  • Customize message content

  • Use dynamic placeholders ({{customer_name}}, {{booking_time}}, etc.)

Campaign Details Screen

For each campaign, you can view:

  • Details Tab: Current settings and template

  • History Tab: Logs of all sent messages with customer info
