Permission | Description | What It Allows

View inventory | Can view products and stock levels | Browse products, view stock, search

Add products to inventory | Can add new products and purchases | Create products, record purchases

Edit products | Can modify product information | Update product details, change prices

Delete products | Can remove products from inventory | Delete products from the system

Update stock | Can manually adjust stock levels | Add/remove stock, record usage

View purchase history | Can see purchase records | Browse purchase history, view details

Manage stock takes | Can create and conduct audits | Create stock takes, count products, complete audits

Transfer stock | Can move stock between branches | Transfer products to other branches
