How to switch it on
- 1.Open your website editor in WAJ.
- 2.Go to Booking, then AI Assistants, and turn on "Bookable from AI assistants". Only the business owner can change it.
- 3.Customers using WAJ Booking can now find you by name, service or area.
Services, prices, professionals and open times come from what your booking site already shows, so there is nothing else to set up.

Questions from business owners
Do I need to switch anything on?
Yes. It stays off until the owner turns on "Bookable from AI assistants" in the website editor, under Booking, then AI Assistants. Businesses that leave it off never appear.
Can ChatGPT or Claude make the booking or take payment?
No. The assistant finds an open time and gives the customer a link to your booking site with that time picked. The customer enters their details and confirms there, and pays any deposit you ask for there too.
What does the assistant see about my business?
Only what your booking site already shows customers: business details, branches, opening hours, services and prices that can be booked online, the professionals customers can choose, and open times. It never sees your clients, other bookings or reports.
Are prices and open times kept up to date?
Yes. Each answer is read from WAJ when the customer asks, and the time is checked again before the booking link is made. Times are not held, so a slot can still fill up before the customer confirms.
How do customers find me in ChatGPT or Claude?
They add WAJ Booking to their AI app, then ask in their own words, for example "Find a barber in Arjan for tomorrow evening". The assistant searches the businesses on WAJ that switched WAJ Booking on.
Which businesses show up?
Only businesses on WAJ that switched it on. The first ones are in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Turn off "Bookable from AI assistants" in the same place and your business stops appearing in WAJ Booking.
Is this the same as connecting WAJ to Claude for my team?
No. WAJ Booking is for your customers and only reads public booking information. The WAJ connector for your team signs in to your account and works with your bookings, clients and reports. AI connectors for your team
