Yes. WAJ Pulse is an add-on to your existing WAJ subscription. It extends your salon, spa, or clinic management platform with clinical features like patient records, AI assistance, and specialty tools.
What does the per-clinic pricing mean?+
Each clinic location requires its own WAJ Pulse add-on. If you have 3 clinics, you need 3 Pulse subscriptions. Each clinic gets its own isolated clinical environment with separate patient records.
Can I try WAJ Pulse before committing?+
Yes. You get a free 14-day trial with access to every clinical feature. No credit card needed, and you can cancel anytime during the trial.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?+
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time to save $300 per clinic per year. If you switch mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.
