Managing Your Business Profile

Overview

On tablet and desktop these open side by side; on mobile, each opens as its own screen. Available items are filtered by your permission level.

Editing business details

Business Details holds your business name, description, logo, and cover image, plus a set of default Opening Hours that new branches and schedules match against (branches can still set their own — see Branches and Multi-Location Setup). Open Settings → Business Details, update the fields, and tap Save changes. On wider screens the form and image editor sit side by side; on phones they stack. Editing business details requires the "Can edit business details" permission — without it, fields show read-only and Save is hidden.

Other settings worth knowing

  • VAT Settings / Extra Charges — your business-wide tax rate and any additional line-item charges applied at checkout.
  • Currency & Language Preferences — your default currency and the language your own app interface displays in (separate from your online booking site's languages — see Language and Translation Settings).
  • Custom Fields — extra data fields you can capture on bookings or customer profiles.

Notes & limitations

Business category and currency affect other parts of the app (suggested services, pricing display), so change them deliberately. Contact details shown to customers online (social links, public phone) are managed separately under the Online Profile section.
